Suddenly it doesn't work, and Laptop stuck with acer logo

My laptop was fine few hrs ago then suddenly it doesnt work anymore and got stuck with the acer logo.

The Process are as follows:

I choose reset this pc but keep files only.
after everything is done 100%. the laptop restarts again and got stuck at the acer logo with rotating dots.
its been Hours already that its like stuck there.
I did hold the power button for 10 secs to turn off the laptop. then pres the power button again after 1hr.
power button pressed again,
the acer logo displays with the rotating dots. after a while my laptop then began having like a black screen for a fews seconds then the acer logo with the rotating dots reappear again.
After a while the laptop then restarts and the no.6 repeats again and again.
