Hey Billsey, ty for your comment, i red it the day after you posted, but i tried to uninstall various drivers (intel, sound driver.... ), as you mentioned it could had been them..

But it was not the case, still had the problem, but i do think we found the problem, which i think is a limitation in the hardware, and how they work.

When we tuned down the Hz of the sound device, there were no longer any problem, so from what i can tell, the "sjitty" speakers cant handle to high bitrate of Hz, and as default they are already to high it seemed, since we had this problem already from the beginning.

[SOLUTION] So the solution if any other comes across this is

Press windows key and type Cont, press Control Panel (should apper now, if you use other language it may be called some thing else), then find Sound and press it, a new window pops up, find the Speakers, and double click with mouse, again a new window pops up, go to Advanced tab, here tune down the Default Format, you can try to go 1 step down, and see if this helps, if still having problem tune it further down...

Do this til the sound distortion stops.

Again this seems like a hardvare problem, the speakers simply have problem handling the bit or Hz rate:/

So i bought SFX16-51G for my daughter, well mixed feelings about this one, just from day one, this problem was, first boot we did and played sound, it was there...

The computer works, runs fine, but the sound yeah that's a whole other story, some times it runs fine, and the sound is fine, then she switches to headset and back to speakers, and the sound is distorted, then i have to go to Device Manager and uninstall the driver for the sound to get "right" again, some times this even does not work, but if it does it is just until next time. Or when she joins a game, discord, you name it it will bring trouble... this is starting to get really annoying as hell say the least, i so want to use "BIG" words here, but guess i cant do that, but trust me, after a month+ or so, with this its no fun anymore, for her or for me... What supposed to be a nice gift is becoming a regret :(

Buying a Laptop and then cant use it when you want, because you have to spend 5-20 min fixing sound (Depending what needs to be done) every darn time, yeah well that should not be a thing...

This is what i have tried so far:

    1. Uninstall the Driver in Device Manager
    2. Uninstall the driver including Realtek, and then reinstall the ones from the Driver section
    3. Updating Windows 11
    4. Updating every other drivers
    5. Every thing basically, other than try the BIG hammer on it, but that's pretty soon... well... may try here first but after that, I'm out of ideas, back to 5. ?

So is this a hardware problem, and should we return it for repair or what is the problem here?

Dark "humor" may or may not have been used, depends on who reads it..

Well, there are two possibilities... Hardware and software. :) IIRC you have several different options for the output device with the newer Intel based systems. Show us a list of the output devices the OS sees. There's usually a couple of Intel specific ones and those often have additional updates available directly from Intel. They are used for proper mixing of sound, and sometimes are buggy... I believe they are updated whenever the video drivers are updated.

Hmm, that sounds like there's something stepping on the toes of the sound output. Either another driver or an app usually. What's happening is when you drop the sample rate the sound drivers have more time to wait between sending a piece of data and sending the next, which allow the problematic software time to do it's thing. Normally sound output is such a low bit rate that you really have to have an egregious time waster before it affects anything. Remember sound is measured in Kb, CPU in GHz, so millions of times faster.
