Help Nitro 5 515 56 stop charging and can’t boot.

did Most of the steps but so far I got holding down the power button for awhile n let go while plug in and the charging indicator on for 25 sec but off. While it on I can’t boot.

    Do a hard reset take the main battery out and the bios battery out and ram, leave them disconnected for 15min and reconnect and reboot, all that should fix your laptops boot problems, the charging problems could be from a faulty DC port/cable that connects internally to the mobo or internal power circuitry components that are shorted ort burned out and nee diagnosing by an experienced tech. Go through the stages that I've outlined above and narrow down your problem by a process of elimination, as a user like you can only do so much.

    thanks will do these steps n get back to you. It was working fine just I left it disconnected for 3 days n didn’t use it.

    Yeah still no luck but thank you. Same issue after doing the step I hold the power button for awhile n let go than it the charging Indicator on and off after a 10-25 sec.

    Now it turn orange to blue than off

    It’s fixed thanks I did it again also clear the charging connector
