I have an Acer Swift 5 laptop (SNID xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) about 2 months ago. However, since the day I bought it, it acts by itself in the form of a line on the touch screen, as if the screen is being touched, and this prevents me from working. I sent it to Acer service Turkey twice with the videos showing this problem, but it was sent back saying there was no problem. This is my request to the 3rd Service, and I request you to forward this situation to the relevant unit. I want this computer to be replaced with a new one. I can't work because of this problem I've had since the day I bought it. Acer Turkey service did not contact me in any way. They did not show a positive approach to solving the problem. I sent the computer to the service for the 3rd time, each sending takes 7-10 days. I can't work while the computer is in service and I'm disrupting my work.
