Aspire E 15 problem with second monitor. connecting a second monitor it is detected but no image

I have an Acer Aspire E 15 with Windows 10 Home (22H2) and Intel HD 620 graphics card. When connecting a second monitor it is detected but no image is displayed.

It was working until before I installed a series of Windows updates but I couldn't detect which one.

I did the following tests and couldn't figure it out:

Remove the driver and install the newest one downloaded from Intel website.
Delete the driver and install the original downloaded from the Acer website.
Uninstall Windows updates.
chkdsk, DISM /ScanHealth, DISM /RestoreHealth.

Does anyone know what it can become or what else to try?

Try pressing FN+F5 to toggle the monitor screen on.
