So before formatting my pc my usb headset was working perfectly but after formatting suddenly they stopped working and that happen after some time after formatting...

Already tried to test them on other pcs and they work perfectly.

Actually im using speakers for audio.

I've already tried to plug them on other usb ports, reinstalling etc etc... but nothing.

I got an Aspire AM3920

I'd be greatful for who will help me Smiley Happy

Thanks in advance

    Hi:

Go to the Device Manager and plug them on the USB port, if the OS recognized the headset the screen will blink and it will show the device with a red or yellow marking, from there is just configuration.  Once you configurate just go to Control Panel, sound, playback and select the Headset as default.

    Good luck!!!
