Model Nitro 5 AN515-44Crackling sound after every startup

The video above shows the problem. I have updated all the drivers, and I am on the latest version of my OS and Acer software. Every time after startup, and especially when opening a game or something, the audio breaks up and starts crackling. The quickest I've found to solve it is to turn on and off Mono Audio. Any way to prevent this audio crackling issue?

    Hi @Sowad

You can try to do a reset to check if that makes any difference.

Check the above link to do a reset.

NOTE: Make sure to backup all the data before the reset.

Hope it will help you in some way.

Resetting, upgrading, and downgrading, all have failed to solve this issue. It has been here since the day I got this computer.

    Hey @Sowad ,

Did you find any fix to that issue. Cause Im also facing the same issue since long time. Found out that your laptop components and my laptop components are same. So if you can help me with that please do so.

    Thank you.

If you want to do it correct:

    1. Deinstall your Antivirus with the Manufacturer Tool. (Not normal Deinstall.) Ask if you need Help, but say wich Antivirus you have.
    2. Open "Command Prompt" as Admin.
    3. Command: sfc /scannow
    4. If there still Errors - Command: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    5. If there Errors that the System can repair - Command: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    6. Restart your Pc.

    To the Audio Driver now:

    1. Open Device Manager
    2. Go to your Realtek Sound Card.
    3. Rightclick on it = Deinstall (+ Completely Checkmark!)
    4. Restart your Pc.
    5. There is a current Version of the Audio Driver. Please download & install it.
