Hi I have an issue with Realtek Console: when I try to start it, it is not feasible and after several minutes the following message appears: realtek cannot connect to rpc service. Have you ever experienced such a error? Have you solved it?

@marco_iol check if any Realtek-related service is disabled by mistake in the task manager startup section. If so, enable it again and then restart the Windows

Open Device Manager. If no red or yellow warnings are visible, expand sound, video, etc folder. Right click and uninstall all RealTek entries. Exit Device Manager without reinstalling anything. Shut down Windows normally. Turn the machine back on and let Windows automatically reinstall fresh copies of the RealTek driver. Try the console again.

@AnhEZ28 it seems this is the case:

    It was disabled.

Now it is enable and it works: when I launch the console, the following page is opened in the setting menu:

One question: does still the classic realtek console exist somewhere? I mean the one on which it was feasible to set some main parameters of the audio, including the adoption of some effects and the possibility to set the equalizer.

    Thanks Marco

@marco_iol Realtek Audio Console is the only one. You can change some other audio setting with the DTS app.
