The PO3-600-UR1D can be safely upgraded with a higher spec cpu like either the Core i7-9700 or the Core i7-9700F, its not compatible with the i9-xxxxx type cpu’s. and max memory of 64GB and a gpu with your current PSU of 500W of the likes of the Radeon RX-6650XT suggested PSU of 450W that will give you about 200% increase in gpu performance to your OEM GTX-1660. With the M.2 SSD drive you can fit an NVMe PCIe 3 x 4 like a Samsung 970 EVO Plus M.2 drive that is an excellent and quick drive. All this should considerably increase the performance of your PO3-600-UR1D.

Note: with the ram upgrade, Acer recommends 64GB but Acer only lists their recommended combinations for a total of 32GB. For further memory recommendations also see the Crucial scan of the PO3-600-UR1D. Below is the Acer listed conditions of the ram upgrades.

Acer memory combinations for max total of 32GB into DIMM's #1 to #4

Oddly I just ran that Crucial Scan because I was curious and it failed, said it couldn't find anything.
