You have an internal E5-575G Lithium ion battery pack with the following manufacturer and ACER part numbers. Other brands can be used and vendors who ship to your location by google searching the keyword 'E5-575G' & 'battery'. About $30usd

Should i calibrate the battery for first time use?

You should plug the charger in and wait for the battery charge LED to turn steady blue before turning it on. You automatically calibrate the battery by simply unplugging the charger immediately after turning it on fully charged for the first time. Then simply plug it back in when the Windows default 10% low battery warning comes on.

should i not let the laptop automatically hibernate?

NO!!! Hibernation mode is NOT recommended. It is still an unreliable Windows function that can cause unexpected adverse side effects in some laptops. Sleep mode is preferred in almost all cases to extend battery life.

AS16B8J and AS16B5J what is the difference?

Both voltages are considered nominal 11volt batteries. Usually 3 cells or two banks of 3 cells are in series whose actual charge states vary between about 3.6volts to 4.2volts per cell. Which means the battery voltage actually varies between about 10.8volts to about 12.6 volts during the charging cycle.Slight variations in cell design may alter these ranges slightly but amp-hr and watt-hr capacity are virtually the same. Accordingly, there is no practical difference  between the two batteries. So you should pick whichever one is cheaper.

I bought a new battery yesterday and when i read the batterymanual they mention you cant use a charger that is especially designed for other battery technician like Ni-MH and NiCd

I use a liteon original charger that came with my laptop.

This is correct. The NiMH or NiCd charger could cause the Li-ion battery to explode or catch fire. You must use a Li-ion charger designed for a Li-ion battery.

Seems to be OK for Li-ion batteries. It is not for NiMH or NiCd batteries. Here's list of acceptable chargers. Your's seems to have similar specifications to the 90watt chargers listed.
