I have an Acer Predator G3-571 and I've come to notice that my PredatorSense only has an interface that displays Temperatures and gives me access to fan control.

The Acer website quotes the following:

Customizable options:

  • Define hotkeys
  • Customize user profiles
  • Record Macros
  • Adjust keyboard backlight settings
  • Adjust accent light settings
  • Overclocking
  • Fan speed
  • Multimedia mode settings
Is it just my copy of the software (I've already uninstalled and re-installed) that doesn't give me access to all the above features?

The Predator Helios 300 (G3-571) has a very simplified Predator Sense application.

Helios 300 (G3-571) doesn't support overclocking from predator sense.

Upon launching the application you'll be brought to a single view that contains both Fan speeds with three control options as well as a monitoring panel for the Temperature and CPU Load. [Fig.2]

Coolboost - Enables increased fan speed when the system needs it. [Fig.1]

    Advanced Options [Fig.3]
Sticky Keys - Enables/Disables Sticky Keys feature of Windows.
Windows and menu key - Enables /Disables the Windows and Menu keys to prevent interruptions during gaming.
Temperature Units - Toggle between Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature readings.

    Greetings,

Does coolboost make the auto fan function increase rpms according to higher heat temps?

I currently do not have a version of PredatorSense that cannot put the fans to max speed on the auto function.

    Thank you
