    Some V5 mainboards were equipped from the factory with an mSATA SSD card socket. Some V5 mainboards weren't. So you must check your actual mainboard to see if the card socket has been added to the mainboard near the fan module shown below. An 256GB mSATA card should work fine.

    Yes, that looks like an mSATA card socket with a single hold down screw. It should work fine.
