OK. Your USB ports are data only that don't natively support video signal output. So an active USB-to-Video signal converter dock is needed, not a passive USB-to-Video cable form factor adapter dock like the Acer 12-in-1. Other Acer users have reported the following signal converters seem to work with data only USB ports. Refresh rates are usually limited to 30Hz or less so may be unsuitable for gaming.

Sorry, the dongle is mainly for data only speeds. This is NOT a high speed video signal adapter.

Thank you. Don't like it, but it is what it is. I managed to speak to Acer. I bought this Dongle and an Acer Nitro (in May 2022). The nitro is a Ryzen 9, 32gb memory, 2 tb SSD and a RTX 3080. Acer told me that this laptop has got an USB-C. But... It can't send video..... A laptop of 2200 euro. Always bought Acer since 2002. But I guess this is the last one. They where not helpfull at all, unfortunately....

Perhaps you know another solution? Is there an dockingstation that I can connect via USB 3 and that allows video?

Yes, there are other possibilities. But would have to know precisely what the full Nitro model number that you have? For example, AN515-55-76UT?
