Go to https://www.crucial.com and run their upgrade scanner on your system. Your mainboard should allow Win10-64 with a matched pair of two 2GB DDR3 identical speed sodimms up to 1600MHz since it supports dual channel RAM. The current 3GB slow speed mixed RAM configuration is not ideal for Win10-64.

Sorry no. An 8GB sodimm will not work properly in this old laptop due to BIOS and mainboard limitations. This means you cannot install 64-bit windows by mixing a 2GB sodimm with an 8GB sodimm. The BIOS won't recognize this mix.

You must either use a matched pair of 2GB sodimms for a total of 4GB RAM, or a matched pair of 4GB sodimms for a total of 8GB maximum.

Sorry, one single 8GB RAM module will NOT work.

Only two 4GB RAM modules will work.

that means if i buy 2 4GB RAM than my laptop will use it as 8 GB RAM in 32 BIT OS?

No. 32-bit Windows can only use 4GB. You must then install 64-bit Windows from a USB Windows installation pendrive for a legacy BIOS machine to see the whole 8GB.

That is a RAM memory error!!!

To install Windows 64-bit, your laptop needs two 2GB RAM modules or two 4GB RAM modules!!!
