Need model series number, not SNID. For example, A315-44? Or you can go to crucial.com and run their scanner on your machine to see what RAM upgrade is available.

Your Aspire A314-22 laptop has 4GB internal fixed and soldered on memory and a max capacity total of 12GB, you can add a 1x 8GB of the Crucial 8GB DDR4-3200 SODIMM which is a CL=22 type ram in to the 1x vacant memory slot of your laptop. See the Crucial Scan of your Aspire A314-22 as they have different type ram like DDR4-2400MHz or DDR4-2666MHz type ram that is compatible with your laptop. Do the scan again just to make sure and also install CPUz and look at the exact onboard 4GB specs in the CPUz Memory and SPD sections and match that with the 1x additional ram, as that will be the best combination.
