Swift 3 SF314-42 USB C Charging not working

Hi, I'm trying to charge my laptop over USB C from a 65W power bank but whenever I do, it only charges for about a second before it stops, and the power and charging lights start blinking until I unplug it. does anyone know why? I tried resetting the battery but it did nothing. I'm also using a 100W cable and I tried other cables but they only gave the same result.

Is this potentially a voltage issue? The power bank can do up to 20V 1.5A.
Thanks!

Everything is right with your laptop. Problem is in the power bank. It can only deliver up to 30W of power delivery (20V*1.5A=30W). To start charging SF314-42 you need 65W of power delivery.

    Hi @TwistyFresh

You can try to reinstall the battery drivers to check if that makes any difference.

NOTE: Make sure to reboot the laptop after uninstalling the driver to reinstall the drive back to the laptop.

Hope it will help you in some way.

    Hi @ragsak28

I uninstalled the driver and rebooted the laptop but unfortunately, this didn't do anything

Ah, this makes sense. Thank you! I will invest in a better power bank.
