Im not into heavy gaming, used my PC to do mostly CAD. Yesterday it suddenly got a blue screen, automatically restart and keep restarting every 10 seconds after the restart. This should not be a hardware issue.

Press and hold power button till laptop shuts off. Unplug charger. Looks for battery disconnect pinhole on bottom. Gently insert and press paperclip into pinhole for about 30 seconds. If no pinhole, then press and hold power button for about 30 seconds. Plug charger back in. Wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue or steady red, whichever indicates full charge. Then try to turn the laptop on again.

    Hi @4XS

If that doesn't work then you can try to do a reset to check if that does make any difference.

How Factory Reset Your PC using Acer Reset key
    1. Press the Power key for 5 seconds to power off Acer computer completely. Then restart the computer and press Alt + F10 when its logo shows up.
    2. Select Troubleshoot > Reset your PC.
    3. Click Next, then select Just remove my files.
    4. Press Reset to begin the recovery.
NOTE: You will loose all the data in the laptop during this reset process.

Hope it will help you in some way.

Thanks for suggestion, my work stuff is stored on cloud, the disk has some of my personal files that is not mandatory but I would rather salvage. My PC was configured with two drives, the SSD is partitioned as OS, the HDD is partitioned a storage space. If I remove the HDD and reinstall it after reset does that preserves those data? Mean while I will try to bind it to an enclosure and see if I can access it as external. The Troubleshoot interface do not have the factory reset option listed, at least not apparently.

Before doing anything, tap F2 immediately after turning on machine to enter the BIOS setup menu. Please post phone photo of BIOS INFORMATION tab if possible.

OK. You should temporarily disconnect the HDD from the mainboard. Then button it back up and try this again. Unplug charger. Gently insert and press paperclip into the battery pinhole for about 30 seconds. Plug charger back in. Wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue. Then try to turn it on again.
