While login sometime I can't enter any keys (my PIN) or before that random keys are randomly pressed like kkkkkkkk or 2222222222. After some rest, I used external keyboard to enter PIN.
I tried checking whether keys are working or not in the BIOS, same problem random keys pressed after I switch on and later it stops working.

I checked for keyboard driver update in device manager. None of the keys were pressed as well for long press to happen. Any solution?

What is full Acer model number? For example, SF314-55G?

    Acer aspire A515-54g.
I installed Windows 11 and the keyboard worked for a day then it was the same while I was working. Random keys were auto pressed and I had to disable the driver.

Go to link. Download, unzip and try to install the updated chipset driver for whichever intel CPU you have.

Installed 8th gen chipset driver for Win11x64. Restarted but during login random keys were pressed again. Had to turn on osk and disable the internal keyboard. Still wondering what is causing the problem software or hardware, as after Win11 installation it was working perfectly for 1 day.

Expand the Keyboard folder in Device Manager to check the vintage of the internal KB's driver. If it's 2006 XP era driver, it's the correct one. It likely means a hardware issue. The most probable cause is the keyboard ribbon cable and connector needs to be firmly re-seated on the mainboard.
