Hello! I have an AN515-45 . So whenever I'm gaming  while plugged in , the battery shows charging but doesn't go up and sometimes it even discharges while playing & plugged it . I have tried it on heavy games & even light games but still it remains the same . It charges normally when not playing games

Normal behavior when heavy gaming power demand exceeds the power output of the charger. During those times the battery must help the charger meet the power demands. The battery is actually draining even though it's plugged in. When battery drops below about the 50% charge level, charging takes precedent over gaming power demands. The games will start to stufter as power to the GPU and CPU is reduced. So it's then time to stop playing and allow the battery to recharge to 100% before starting heavy gaming again.

This is why for maximum gaming time, battery should be 100% charged and plugged in BEFORE you start gaming.

Thank you for your answer but the problem is that it's not charging for light games like fall guys

Well yes,  That should happen too. But battery won't drain as fast as with the more power hungry games.  The only way around this to increase game playing times is with the bigger charger for this series. What power rating is your charger?

That should be big enough if it and the battery are working properly. Let's look at the battery first by following these steps.

    (1) Search 'cmd' in Windows start menu.
    (2) Right click command prompt near top of menu.
    (3) Click run as administrator.
    (4) Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport' at command prompt.
    (5) Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer.
    (6) Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser.
    (7) Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

Battery seems OK. Now to test the charger. Under heavy gaming loads plugged in, can you estimate approximately how much time it takes for the battery to drain from 100% to 50%? A half hour? Shorter time? Longer time?

If you're not sure, can you do this a couple of times to see about how long it takes to drain from  100% to about 50% under heavy loads? It would also help to note if the charger body feels hot or luke warm during this time.
