Where may I download the PredatorArc for my Predator Orion 3000 PO3-630?

I've been through quite an ordeal with Outbyte (that I will NEVER install again!)... not wanting to go through the stress and details, all I'm missing for my brand new Orion 3000 is the app for the keyboard/mouse it came with. I've gotten the Predator Sense installed, but there's no binding to the keyboard/mouse.

Thank you in advance,

    Didn't Predator Sense come pre-installed?

Acer doesn't distribute it publicly. contact Acer support for a link and find out.

Yes, but my desktop had to boot off of a Windows 11 loaded thumb drive because it was damaged. Having to reinstall everything.

I waited in Acer Chat Support, no one showed. Waiting on hold now, on the 866 Support number.

It's less than 2 weeks old. I could just refund it, or swap it.

While on the phone someone showed and basically, via the chat and the phone, the PredatorArc is not available at all right now. Maybe at a later time.

If the wipe and reinstall was needed due to a problem with the computer, rather than picking up a virus or mucking with the OS load, you should be able to swap it with the vendor still, though soon it is likely to be out of the time frame and would require a trip to Acer to get the factory image back on it. You should have used the factory reset instead of a clean install...

Well, I think I'll just deal with it and hope the app to control my mouse/keyboard comes out soon. Whether it's PredatorArc, or under a new name. Last night I streamed a video game and the quality was really nice, and even though the specs on my Helios 300 and my Orion 3000 are almost identical, the Orion looks AMAZING. Last night was my first stream with the Orion and I'm too impressed and happy to exchange or change anything now. Just got to figure out how to delete this Windows.old stuff safely. Over 20 years ago I could buy separate parts and build a PC on a budget, but I've gone 15 years without a laptop and almost 20 without a desktop. Honestly, I probably need the readjustment curve anyway.
