Replacing the PC chassis usually is not the solution for a hot PC. Do a thermal paste repaste, changing for a more CPU heat sink of higher capacity and adding case fans can be the solution.

Is there any open case fan slot at the rear of the PC? Or it is already used?

I do not have particular CPU cooler recommendation, because I use Enermax ETS-T40fit (200W TDP) cooler, which maybe too big for your current chassis. However, I would say get something with at least 125W TDP but not too big in size. Should not be difficult to find from Amazon and Newegg.

Leave the side panel open will help temperature too.
