I just bought NITRO AN515-57. I have it registered. But when I try to get support the system says the device is not in the database. Some support screens return 404 Error too. I have a couple of problems to ask Acer about but I am unable to send email to support because my device is not recognised.
I need to update drivers but Care Center just keeps looping when I check for updates.
Also something wrong with colours on screen. Yellow shows as dark green!!

Thanks Sharanji for your prompt answer. Just to repeat, I was able to register and I used the Middle East region to register. I bought the laptop in Baghdad, Iraq. But I have no idea how it was sourced. I guess the vendor bought it either from UAE or from China.
Should I try to reregister? How do I cancel the first registration?

Thanks for the update! You have used the correct website to register your laptop. If you have any concerns or issues, continue to post here in this community. You can also find the support phone number for Iraq in this weblink, https://www.acer.com/ac/en/AE/content/service-contact

    Thanks @Sharanji
The list of local support companies is really helpful. Yes the Support website still says my Serial Number/SNID is not in the system.
Also I still have a problem of dowloading/updating drivers because the system insists on supplying the Serial/SNID number before it takes me to the drivers page. If there is a way I can update the drivers without having to give the Serial/SNID numbers I would really appreciate your instructions to achioeve that.
Alternatively Care Center just sit there and loops when I click on "update".
In the first place I am trying to iupdate the drivers in case this is the solution for the crazy color palet I am getting on the screen whereby all colors are dull and yellow shows up as dark green.

I think a member of the Acer-Crew, @Acer-Ingrid can help you with registration.

To manually check for drivers for your model, check this weblink https://www.acer.com/ac/en/AE/content/support-product/8963?b=1
