    Would this one work? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/325153891490

It has the same part number "450.0E70B.0001" as the original wire label.

It's more important that the cable is at least as long or longer than the original of about 18cm. Google search 45w part no. shown below for the exact replacement. Your model should have a 2-pin 45watt mainboard connector about 18 cms long.

450.0E70B.0001 cross-references with the Acer 45watt part no. 50.gygn1.001. Should be a safe bet. :)

    Update!

Eventually, my laptop stopped turning on completely. I brought a new charging port (the one I linked from ebay), plugged it in same way as old one (it has a longer wire, but I can't find one with the same length of wire) and it didn't work. Old wire also doesn't work. I ordered a replacement wire in case that one was faulty and although it slots in okay, my computer will not turn on at all. I tried leaving it to charge, but nothing.

What now? Have I got the wrong wire or is this a problem with the battery or charger?

Is battery charge LED blinking or steady orange or blue?

Do you have a multimeter to check the voltage output of the charger plug? Should be about 19vols DC between the plug's center hole and outer barrel.

Yes, you know the port is good since it's new, so the only issue would either be the motherboard or the charger and by far the most common of those is the charger...

I don't unfortunately. I could probably buy one.

I have a feeling it could possibly be the charger. Do you know where I can get a new one and what type I need? The sticker has come off the bulky bit.

The charger needs to be a 45W 19V 1.1X3.0X7.7. So the connector is a barrel with a 1.1mm hole in the center and 3.0mm outside that's at least 7.7mm long. Other than that the 45W and 19V is really standard. Here is one that should work, with a little searching you might be able to better the price.

Simply google search the keywords "SF314-41" & "charger" for  vendors who ship to your location. Common 45 or 65 watt charger that fits many different models. Less than $20usd.  While you're at it, order an digital multimeter. Also less than about $20usd. They come in handy for many uses not just PCs.  :)

Thank you both for the help!

Just double checking here, is this the right charger? https://www.coywood.co.uk/acer-swift-3-sf314-41-charger-76834-p.asp

Yes, it looks like the ADP DELTA 45W 19V 1.1X3.0X7.7 model ADP-45FE F with the 1.1mm x 3.0mm plug. Should work fine if the mainboard is still OK.

Yes, that one looks like it should be a good match for the specs.

    Hello!

So the charger arrived and... nothing. Plugged it into the laptop and turned the plug on, and nothing happens. I have tried with all three charging ports I have. I have tried multiple plug socks too. The charging light doesn't come on and the laptop won't turn on at all.

I'm going to get a multimeter to test the voltage as @JackE suggested. Would this one work for what I need to do?

Yes, that multimeter looks very good to me. At least it will confirm if the problem is the AC mains ---- or---- charger output plug---- or--- the mainboard.  Hopefully it is not the mainboard. But at least you will know one way or the other. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it is not a serious laptop problem.  :)

    Hello!

I've got my multimeter. Reading through the instructions now and seems kinda complicated but I'm a faster learner. What on my laptop do I need to measure? The charging port?

Let's check the output plugs of your charger's first. Measure the DC voltage between the plug's outer barrel contact and center hole contact. Note if the polarity of the barrel is plus+ or minus-. It should be the same polarity for the old and new chargers and measure about 19volts.
