    (1) Unplug charger.
    (2) Remove battery pack.
    (3) Press and hold power button for about a minute
    (4) Re-insert battery pack
    (5) Plug charger back in
    (6) Wait for battery charge LED to turn steady blue
    (7) Turn laptop on and IMMEDIATELY tap F2 key to enter BIOS menu. Don't  wait for ACER logo to appear
    (8) Make sure HDD is present in the BIOS Information tab
    (9) Press F9 to load BIOS defaults
    (10) Press F10 to save defaults and exit the BIOS menu.

1.Thanks for trying to help me. I did what you said step by step. But it got the same result (in step 7th, I spam F2 button immediately after turn on laptop, It said "Please wait.. "like below image) I sat like 30-60 minutes but not BIOS menu shown up.
    2. Do I have to remove something called "CSOM battery"? I worried that I will break mainboard or something inside, Cause everytime I open the laptop screen It make weird crack sound because my laptop is very old
    3. What does step 3rd? do "I already did what you said but I just want to know"
    4. Don't mention my English grammar much If it's weird or something like that.

The 3rd step is primarily to try to reset the BIOS chip and residual charges to avoid opening the laptop to remove the RTC or CMOS coin cell..

Do you have a bootable Windows USB installation stick?

You can also make one using Microsoft's media creation tool.
