Black screen when playing videos - Acer Aspire 5 A515-45-R3BP

So I recently got a new laptop with a Ryzen 7 5700U and it has a weird issue, every time I try to load a video I get a black screen for some seconds and an amd bug reporter tool window pops out saying that a driver issue has occured. This doesn't happen a lot of times but not every time, it happens on every kind of media load, opening the discord's gif picker, loading a video on twitch or any other website, recording with OBS and even opening a video with the integrated "Films & TV" app.

I tried reinstalling the AMD Graphics driver (with factory reset checked), updating windows, disabling fast boot but none of these seems to have solved the problem, can this be some kind of hardware issue?

Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 22000.795 (clean installed with a usb to try to fix this issue)
AMD Driver Version 22.5.1 (latest)

Yes, fully reinstalled

Try disabling hardware acceleration in all browsers.

While this would work, I won't be able to use graphic acceleration (so the integrated gpu is pointless) when these crashes happens, for example I won't be able to use OBS as when I start a recording the driver immediately crashes. Should I return the laptop or is this a banal driver issue that will be fixed at some point? I'm scared it might be something related to power as it doesn't happen consistently but I have no idea on how to troubleshoot this further.

To elaborate further, I was having this problem right now, the black screen was occuring as soon as I played a video, started recording etc. Rebooted the pc and it wasn't happening anymore in any case, sometimes a reboot doesn't fix it and sometimes it doesn't happen for a whole day.
