Acer E5-476G GPU Temp immediately 90c when used.

So i have this problem where my GPU (MX130) Temp suddenlt jumps to 90c everytime it's used, doesn't matter whether it's a graphic intensive game or not, or even only when i click the "refresh" button on GPU-Z Sensor tab, the Temp just suddenly jumps to 90c. This causes the GPU to be unusable because the Core Clock went down to 405 mhz as well.
At first i thought it's because of overheating, so i tried cleaning up my laptop, then replacing the Thermal Paste, but the GPU temp still jumps to 90c. I also tried reinstalling Nvidia drivers but it doesn't fix the problem.

Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks.

If the fan is working OK, then the thermal module assembly probably a blocked, cracked or leaking heat exchanger tube and should be replaced. Google search part no. 60.GCQN7.001 for vendors who ship a new thermal module assembly to your locattion. About $20usd.
