AN515-57 performance issue while playing games. Need help to solve the issue.

For the past 3 weeks, my laptop has been freezing every time I either play Roblox (on max graphics) or Minecraft. My laptop is the AN515-57 that I bought from Currys PC World in October. It used to be completely fine using Discord, Minecraft and recording simultaneously but now can barely run Minecraft on its own. When I open NitroSense, it says my CPU usage is about 40% and the temperature is usually around 70 degrease C until I close Minecraft, then it goes back down to about 10% usage and 48 degrease C. Same thing happens with most Roblox games when I run them on max graphics (some games are fine with it) and I have to either close the game or lower the graphics down to 3-5. This used to not be an issue at all. In the beginning, me and my dad thought it was just an issue with the laptop overheating since it started in the middle of June and my room gets insanely hot during the summer. We bought a stand to help with the heat since the intake fans are on the bottom, but that didn't help at all. I also updated the firmware since there was an update but the issue continued. I checked the graphics card drivers to see if there was an update. After the driver update, the laptop was fine for about an hour but then it went back to freezing every time I opened Minecraft or played a Roblox game on max graphics. Does anyone know what the problem is?
Here is what I bought:

>>>CPU usage is about 40% and the temperature is usually around 70 degrease C>>>What about GPU temps?

You should have two GPUs One integrated with the Intel CPU. The other separate nvidia GPU that should be used for gaming, GPU usage and temperatures seem too low. Open Device Manager. Do you see any red or yellow warnings? Also, do you see two GPUs when you expand the Display Adapters folders. They should both be enabled.

Right click on the nvidia adapter. Choose properties. Is the nvidia adapter enabled or disabled?

It shouldn't be too alarming if you get those percentages and temps at idle or gaming in high environment temps, in summer when temps go high these laptops temps do increase (I know as I live in Sydney Australia where temps can reach 40c plus and I've got a tablet cooler. CPU 42c and 10% is normal and with gaming at 40% 70c is also normal at high room temps. Cant fix that as the only thing that you can do is get an air con or get a fan and blow it straight onto you and the laptop.0

>>>GPU usage is normally at about 20% on Minecraft/15% on most Roblox games on max graphics. On both games the temperature is at 40-45%.>>>Could you please check nvidia GPU temps again. Temps usually aren't expressed in percentages but °C or °F. Make sure it's the nvidia GPU, not the GPU integrated with the CPU.
