Just purchased a used Iconia in mint condition from Amazon Marketplace boxed etc , I unpacked it around and hour ago to get a feel of the machine and Flickr the camera icon in Apps to try the camera , on clicking the icon I get the message "unfortunately gallery has stopped" and nothing else , the camera doesn't seem to be working at all, I do t want to send it back without asking for your kind help first , it's on software 4.1.1 thanks.

I am also getting the message , cannot connect to camera , there is no image on the screen.

Should there be an application for the camera in device/apps/all as I'm looking and I cannot see anything relation to the camera in there thanks, any A700 owners confirm/deny that there should or shouldn't be an app in that folder please?

Go to Support on your Acer website (i don't know your country!). Choose Drivers and Manuals. Choose your product (Tablet-Iconia A-A700). Choose Android 4.1 JB in OS. Choose OS and you have 2 updates.

In JB, Gallery2 is the only app for Camera and Gallery.
