Hi everyone, first of all, I want to say that my native speech is Spanish, so maybe you will find some grammatical errors

It worked perfectly for 1 month, until the failure began, what happens is that at random times, it can be 30 minutes of use or hours, the message "Slide shut down" appears on the screen (Image attached) and then without being able to do anything, the notebook goes to sleep. The problem is that it doesn't let me start again, when I touch the power button absolutely nothing happens, and if I touch any other key, the keyboard turns on and the fans are heard, but after 4 seconds it turns off again. I wait a day, I try to turn it on again and it works, but sometimes not even a minute and it turns off again. The problem is so serious that I can't practically use it.

SOLUTIONS I TRIED AND DID NOT WORK:
-Reinstall the operating system from 0
-BIOS update
-Disable HYPER-V
-Disable hibernation
-Configure so that the computer does not sleep or turn off the screen
-Reset the battery from the pin at the bottom

I thought that it could be some program that I use for studies, like SQL SERVER, but I reinstalled windows from 0 and didn't download any program, just use chrome for youtube and the problem happened again.

Attached video of the error when it happens:

    >>>-Reinstall the operating system from 0>>>

The generic Microsoft Windows version using Microsoft's USB media creation tool?
Or the ACER OEM factory Windows version from the hidden OEM Windows partition?
    They are different.

Por favor. ¿Puede describir EXACTAMENTE cómo restableció la versión de Windows de fábrica del OEM de ACER desde la partición oculta de Windows del OEM?

Please. Can you precisely describe how you reset the ACER OEM factory Windows version from the hidden OEM Windows partition?

A technician from my city diagnosed that it is a problem with the keyboard and that I should replace it, can I get just the keyboard or should I buy the palm rest with keyboard included? I read somewhere that I have to change palm rest too, but I found the keyboard on ebay and it is much cheaper

The keyboard is attached to the top case in such a way that it is not possible to easily separate and reconnect them (no screws). Best to to get the whole thing as one part which is what Acer offers.

Yes google search the part no. 6B.HSEN2.023 for vendors who ship to your location. About  $100usd. You can also purchase just the keyboard itself for about $30 but would require melting or breaking plastic pins to remove the keyboard from the top cover.
