Sound Problem on ACER NITRO 5 AN515-44

After installing the AMD 22.5.1 recommended driver, the sound starts to crackle when playing audio. Removing DTS licenses solves the problem. But I can't use DTS X Ultra. Uninstalling Nvidia drivers without removing DTS licenses solves the problem. I need to get rid of DTS or not use the Nvidia driver to use the new AMD drivers. Realtek applications will also be fixed by unchecking necessary to use this device. If I remove this tick, I cannot use DTS X Ultra. Please someone tell me what to do.

Model: AN515-44
CPU: R5 4600H
GPU: GTX 1650Ti
BIOS: V1.04
OS: Windows 11 or Windows 10

Could you please let us know when was the last time it was working fine.    Have you recently ran any updates.

Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue..

    Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin
    type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine
    click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close
It will show you all the icons..

Try and check whether it is working now ..

I don't have a sound problem with the headphone. I'm having a sound problem with the speaker. This problem started after installing the new AMD driver. I had no sound issues on AMD 22.3.1. I am using the sound drivers from the Acer site. When I uninstall the Nvidia graphics card drivers I have no issues. There may also be an incompatibility between Nvidia and AMD. Could it be a problem with AMD's new drivers? Anyone having problems with the same model?

When playing music or video from tools such as Chrome, Edge and Spotfiy, the sound is distorted. I noticed that when playing the sound from the computer's own media player, the sound is not distorted. The sound is not distorted in games either. The sound crackling can only happen in the speaker. There is no problem with the headphones I plug into the jack input.

I installed AMD Radeon Software 22.3.1, the crackling is gone. I think it's incompatibility with AMD's new drivers. Since the Chromium core has been updated, a few browser-related issues have been resolved.

You may be right. The issue is present in all AN515-44 products. It may not be compatible with AMD's latest technology. We have an external Nvidia graphics card, it may not be compatible with new drivers. Or AMD may need to repair backward hardware.

I fixed this by going to sound settings and turning on mono audio.
