What OS are you using Win-8 or 10? Try to reset the CMOS (see caption below) and then reboot, while you are at it take the RAM out also and clean the terminals. If the "logo stuck on Acer" is still there, then try the following...

    1. Power off the laptop.
    2. Power on the laptop.
    3. As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off.
    4. Repeat this process a few times until you see the "Preparing Automatic Repair" screen.
    5. Now you want to let the laptop boot to the "Automatic Repair" screen.
    6. Click "Advanced Options" and then select "Troubleshoot".
    7. Here you want to select "Refresh your PC", if you do not wish to erase data, or "Reset your PC" to erase all data and restore your system.
    8. From here just follow the screen instructions until the recovery is completed.

NOTE: you will need to get into the "Advanced Options" in order to get the "System Restore". Also and If you get a message saying "Error Resetting Device", then you should have a look at the MBR (master boot record) and rectify that through cmd prompt in these options.

    Lanx,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
