I followed various steps/YouTube vids.

I downloaded this
(Thread was edited to add model name to the title)

I manually do it but get this error(for both):

I guess I'm downloading the wrong drivers? Because it seems Im have the right ones since I put the exact model of my computer (AN517-55)

Also I've fully updated my computer to the latest updates and restarted etc.

What laptop model is this for, give us the exact model number. As the best is to install the Realtek Audio Drivers from the Acer site as that uninstalls the old Realtek drivers also, don't worry about doing it thorough Device Manager,  just like when you install the Nvidia graphics driver package (make sure that you also have that up to date and to the latest) as that process also uninstalls the old drivers. Also its advisable to install the "Intel® Driver & Support Assistant" as that will tell you if your audio drivers and all drivers are up to date and if they need updating.

Below are all the audio drivers that you needed for all the audio features to work properly including your headphones, as this is what the Intel D&S scan shows you and if there are any problems:

    The exact model is: AN517-55-777P

I have the Intel Driver & Support Assistant installed and ran it but it only shows I have 1 Bluetooth update

6.0.9180.1 is your driver. What you highlighted is the Realtek audio configuration app.
