It is possible to get information about service requests for the laptop?

I had to hand over my laptop to the authorised service provider in Moldova (while I bought the laptop in Ukraine), as the laptop wasn't powering on.
They told me - it is a defect and motherboard needs a replacement and gave me a document with the conclusion of the engineer who performed the diagnostics.
They also told that my appeal was registered with Acer under the serial number of the laptop stating the defect of the motherboard.

The question is - is it possible to receive a confirmation directly from Acer that they received information about defective motherboard of a specific Laptop?
I tried to approach local office (Acer support in Ukraine), their reply was "We are unable to view information provided by the service providers of other regions"

You should get a written receipt from the Moldova ACER service provider that confirms that they officially registered your appeal with the authorized Acer service center responsible for your region shown below even if it is the same same service provider that you're dealing with. They likely will make the final decision on your appeal.

Just now sent an email to Accent to see if they can assist receiving confirmation from Acer directly about the appeal confirming they received it and in their database there is an entry about defective motherboard of my laptop.

Good luck. Let us know how you make out. If no response in a day or two, you might try the phone number.

    No luck with the request.

It almost seems like there is no shared database that tracks service requests and it is impossible to get any information on service history of the laptop.
Local Acer office is useless, as they can't provide any info.

Also, it appears that summary provided by authorized service centre in one country - is basically a piece of paper and isn't considered a genuine summary about the defect for Acer office in another country.
Almost certain I will have better luck applying for chargeback with my bank, attaching the documentantion I was able to gather so far.

Sorry. Under the circumstances, I agree a chargeback appeal might be your only hope if the machine is still within the warranty period. Warranty repairs are usually only done by an authorized service center in the country of purchase without ACER's international travelers warranty

A warning to someone who is planning on buying or bought (unfortunately for you) Acer laptop.
To summarise my experience with Acer - absolute worst I ever had.
Having a good dosen of laptops through out the years from different manufacturers - Acer proved to be the worst.
It all started with the laptop not turning on the very next morning after purchase and developed into my realisation of complete absence of the client support. While acer has offices all over the world - they are all completely useless, unable to provide any information.
And as you have guessed it - I'm not alone, majority of reviews on trustpilot are: "laptop dead on day one" or service related.

Currently I'm applying for a warranty service (as Acer declined the refund) for motherboard replacement (The laptop broke after like 5 hours of usage).
I basically paid full price for a refurbished laptop, I could as well just buy it from a craigslist and save some money.
My dissappointment is immesurable and my day is ruined.

    Acer never again.
