I gave up on my acer predator i7 9750h ph315-52, tried every single solution to lower my cpu temp when gaming (90-95) which give PROCHOT light red with (hot) in throttlestop,
Changed fans , changed thermal pads and paste with (grizzly kryonaut one), optimized windows 10 , undervolt cpu with throttlestop, lower maximum processor state in power plan , maxed fan speed when playing , nothing worked !! The only thing work is when disable turbo option in throttlestop which lower the cpu clock to default cause drop in fps in games !!
Started to hate this laptop now

The thermal module heat transfer tubes to the CPU and GPU, part no. 24.Q5MN4.001, are probably liquid not air cooled. One or both might've leaked. if the machine is still under warranty, you might consider warranty service. If not, replacements are available for $80-100usd from a number of sources.

You have done everything that a consumer can do, except use a high quality laptop tablet cooler but, you symptoms are definitely due to your thermal module fault, that this transfers heat thorough its tubes to the CPU and GPU and especially if they are liquid not air cooled (as JackE is saying), as these liquid cooling system are prone to their liquid going off and building sediments within the cooling systems and the liquid not cooling the cpu/gpu properly, this especially happens in AIO water cooling systems in desktops (as I've seen) so what are your cpu/gpu temps at idle? As if the thermal system is gone then at idle the temps are high also. Try to replace (as suggested above) the thermal module to another OEM unit as that is most defiantly the problem with your Predator PH315-52 i7 9750H.

@StevenGen temperatures at idle are normal (36-51) and playing games without plug in charger also not a problem (no over heat) the problem is just when playing while charger is plugged in!! I managed to lower the cpu temp to 77-80 but now the problem with gpu temperature which goes above 86 !!

Your problem is with the power supply internal circuitries that are related to powering the cpu and gpu, as whenever you are on charger power the power supply overloads the cpu/gpu hence the overheating which doesn't happen on battery. Try to undervolt the cpu/gpu and see if this fixes your problem?
Otherwise and if the overheating still happens? My advice and solutions to you is as follows,  either change the motherboard of your laptop to a new one or take your laptop to an experienced technician that does micro soldering and can diagnose and change circuitries parts but especially knows these power issue problems, get him/her to check your laptop out and fix your problem, as and
If these symptoms are allowed to continue and you don't have this checked out? The next thing will be that you either burn out the gpu or cpu or you won't be able to power on this laptop as these power related circuitries like and especially and either the Super IO or capacitors, mosats etc will burn out. This is my opinion only and you can take it as you may?
