I have a Spin CP311-1H that is not registering any wifi networks at all. I have done a factory reset as well as a full Chrome OS recovery and neither fixes the issue. Any thoughts?

No networks show up at all (there are many at my school) and when I click the WiFi logo next to the time, it is toggled "off" and when I try to toggle it on, it does nothing.

Sorry, sounds like you must open it up to re-seat the wifi card a few times to help clean its contacts. Twelves screws, bottom cover, and battery must be removed in order to access the card.

When you remove that screw the card should pop up to an angle from the M.2 connector at right on the picture. Just slide it out from the connector, then push it back in. It should move freely in and out and each time it will do a little wipe of the contacts. Once you feel like you've gotten it done just press back down where the screw holds it in place and tighten the screw back down. Note that those two antenna cables might come loose while you are moving the card, if so just press them back into place after affixing the card.

Thanks @JackE, once I have the unit open to the state depicted above, what's the next step? Am I trying to remove the WLAN Card to re-seat it or is there something else that I should do here? I can unscrew the single black screw that's holding the card in place, but then I'm not sure what would be the next step. Total noob here when it comes to working on these things so any more details would be appreciated!
