problem with predator mobile app - android helios 300 ph315-53

Hi i have a helios 300 ph315-53.. i do not know why your app doesn't show ph315-53 on its list of models, But my predator sense Has mobile connect feature and acer site says ph315-53 supported by mobile app but when i want to scan the QR code app can not read it Camera shows the QR Code clearly but nothing happens. i also use the last version of predator sense for windows and android and i also try to reinstall both but still they didn't work... please help me to fix it thanks

yeah, you can check it on predator sense mobile app, but as i didn't see my model sounds this list on this app is not up to date or complete0
