Never Received Return Shipping Label AN515-45

Our Nitro 15 died within a matter of hours (memory is bad) of unboxing. Retailer would not let us return or exchange it as it is a manufacturer defect. I contacted support, they gave me all the information to return the laptop. They were supposed to send me a shipping label, and told me I have 4 days to print it off before it isn't any good. It has now been 4 days since they said I would receive the shipping label, and still have not received it. This is the first Acer product we have purchased, it failed within hours, and customer support has not done anything they said other then send us an email on how to package, and ship the device. Highly unimpressed, and highly regret this purchase

    Well lets see I have been trying to return this to be repaired. I have contacted support yet again, and got the same run around you will have a shipping label sent to you. Well guess what here we are days later, and still no shipping label. As far as your message saying the community is not a place to ask for support. You are correct, but if you guys dont actually provide support for your products when consumers have issues then we have to find a away to hopefully get someones attention, and our brand new but completely useless defective devices that worked for a matter of ours fixed.

    Seriously do I have to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and Acer's local Consumer Affairs government office which is ran by the District Attorney to actually get this thing repaired. This is ridiculous.
