Bios advanced settings Predator Helios 300 ph315-51.

I have been trying to access the advanced settings in the bios, where most of the meaningful settings are, but I have been unable to because pressing f1 or the advanced settings button causes the screen to turn black with a not blinking cursor. I have noticed that when I was able to access the settings, this black screen would appear for a brief moment, but it seems like it is unable to proceed now. I temporarily solved the problem by updating from bios version 1.01 to 2.04, but it is back now and I have no idea what to do. I don't know what could have possibly affected the bios for it to behave this way. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I made the original post from my phone and didn't see an option to post in Predator Laptops, that is where this thread should be. The model is Predator Helios 300 ph315-51.

@Jmank it might be the other OS such as Ubuntu that caused the BIOS setting not to show. You can try to do a power reset by holding the power button while it is off with the charger unplugged for 20 secs. Or remove the drive that is containing the Ubuntu OSPlease remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!0
