Can someone help me out please. Why does my PC shutdown suddenly while gaming. Not overheating, not low battery, just suddenly goes off as soon as I start gaming

This is a common issue that happens if your operating system is not up to date with either windows updates or drivers. Do a clean install of your windows OS and also its a cause of peripherals that are connected to your laptop e.g. USB hubs, external monitors, keyboard, mouse etc that could cause this to happen.

I've done this and it's still the same issue

My driver's and OS are up to date. Someone told me it might be the motherboard

What is your PC's model number? Is it a laptop or a desktop? As its hard to advise you of any hardware issues if you don't specify these details. It could be your power supply or mobo (as you said) in a desktop and/or the primary power circuitries within and if its a laptop like a condenser, mosat etc as and if its especially a Super IO (that integrates with allot of other power chips) that is burnt out and/or shortening out and need replacing then you need to replace the mobo. As a faulty Super IO can cause these power issue that you are having like:
    • Temperature, voltage, and fan speed sensors errors
    • Chassis intrusion detection errors
    • Mainboard power management issues
Power issues are complex and have to be analyzed by an expert technician that knows what he's doing as allot of technicians are just parts swappers e.g. they change boards and don't diagnose the circuitries within and what makes components integrate and change the faulty components.

Example of a Super IO chip

make sure  laptop temperature not to high during gaming. put fan cooler or reduce game graphics for your gpu not to overheat.
