Specs:

Processor: intel core i7-6700HQ @ 2.6GHz
RAM: 64GB
HDD0: Samsung 256GB SSD
HHD2: Toshiba 1TB
HDD1: Empty
HDD3: Empty
OS: WIN10 home 64-bit 21h2
BIOS: v1.14
BIOS Mode: UEFI
Disk Drive Identified in device manager: Intel Recovery Volume

ISSUE:

Upon reset of computer due to a bluetooth issue, Intel RST GUi auto launched, and I created a redundancy using the Toshiba HDD as a backup. Toshiba HDD no longer accessible through file explorer, iRST GUi does not have options to delete volume_0000, Found RAID Delete tool on here for the G9-793-78CM, clicked on the link but nothing happened. searched on google, found on cnet, then downloaded. followed instructions on original post, then discovered that the version I installed is not found when in CMD.

REQUEST:

RAID delete tool that is compatible with device in order to delete volume_0000 array, restore independent drives without redundancies. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What method did you used to reset the machine? ALT+F10 cold boot? AcerCareCenter? Windows generic reset?

I believe Windows generic reset. I went through the system settings, kept my files. Unfortunately, when the other issue with the disk drives happened, I decided to do another reset through acer care center, this time a full wipe clean but the issue was not resolved. Bluetooth issue was resolved after I went into services and switched all Bluetooth options from manual to automatic.

If possible, please post  phonephotos of your BIOS INFORMATION and MAIN tabs after pressing Ctrl+S in each tab.

BIOS is still showing what seems to be a normal RAID, not Intel RST if you pressed Ctrl+S. Have you tried an ALT+F10 cold boot OEM factory reset yet?

  • I suggest backing up windows and your personal files. To undo the raid, you need to delete the volume. You can download windows 10 iso and during installation press shift+f10 and type these commands:
    diskpart
    list vol
    sel vol x
    delete volume
