Is this happening to anyone who has Acer swift 3

Like i want to make my backlit keys brighter but seems to not work or when I decrease it to lower it it does not do it unless im not noticing it or i'm doing wrong command. It started happening the day I got the laptop witch was in 2020. but since i found this site I can now ask it

    Are you asking about the keyboard backlight or the screen backlight?

    That is okay, I've asked the moderators to move the thread as appropriate. Without knowing which Swift 3 model you have (should be something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx and on the same sticker as the SN) I can't say for sure, but most of the Swift models just have on and off for keyboard backlight, no gradations.
