Blue Screen Error Acer Aspire 5,

Hi, I am using Acer Aspire 5, windows 11. I bought this last November dedicated for work. We have a third party app(I guess, unsure) used for calling, required. Ever since I downloaded the app, I often get a blue screen error and its crashing while im at work and while using the third party app. Is anyone encountered the same? Mind sharing what you did aside from uninstalling the app since I really need it for work. I am already thinking of selling this one already. Hoping to get a response. Thanks!
