Nitro Sense not working Nitro 5 AN515-52

I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52 laptop running 64 bit windows 10 version  21H2 (Build 19044.1645)

All of a sudden, Nitro Sense in my laptop is not working. The moment I start Nitro Sense, the logo comes up like usual, but I don't see any UI after that.

I restarted my laptop, uninstalled, reinstalled nitro sense, also tried the bat file method given here on the following thread, but nothing seems to work. 


What should I do?

    Okay. I tried this method. 

    I am getting the following error after re-installation method that is explained in the video that you shared.

     @AnhEZ28, I tried re-install option also but the same issue persists. Before installing it again, in order to have a clean start, I also used Revo Uninstaller to remove any traces of this app after installation but no success.

    @AnhEZ28, yes , setup.exe file runs perfectly and the installation goes all good. After clicking on the nitrosense icon in my start menu, I get the same error of whose screenshot I shared with you previously.

    @archz2 right-click on that NitroSense app and choose uninstall.

    @AnhEZ28  I did it. 



    Then I installed Nitrosense again. After clicking on the nitrosense app in the start menu, nothing happens. 

    Then I went to the appxbundle bundle file and reinstalled it. 

    After clicking the launch button, I got the same error.

Then uninstall both Nitrosense and Nitrosense service, and download this newer version from here: https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Application/Nitro Sense/Nitro Sense_Acer_3.01.3016_20200918_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=637589025718997351&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=NITRO&Step3=NITRO AN515-54&OS=ALL&LC=en&BC=ACER&SC=AAP_8

    Hi All,

    Nitrosense is working fine in Acer Nitro Laptops after Windows 10 Cumulative updates are Installed.

    Same here, but I have win 11 and model is Nitro AN515-57 (brand new). Updated every driver and windows update as well.

    Have given up on finding a solution.

    My wife has the An512-52 and I've tried every single fix to get her Nitro Sense to open and it just won't work. I'm beyond upset that this **** software will not work. It worked great at first 2020 when it was bought new. But 2 years now it resfuses to open.
