My notebook is a Nitro AN515-44 but I formatted and installed windows 10, I faced some conflicts with the amd processor and its faulty drivers for my hardware but everything stabilized.
Recently I've been having problems with the screen flashing intermittently and quickly, which starts when I turn on the notebook.
When restarting, the problem disappears, but it comes back randomly when using some graphics application, especially games.
Even when the problem occurs in games, when opening and closing the game on average 3 times, the problem disappears again, but it can come back if I minimize it again.
Sometimes the screen just goes blank and the only solution is to restart the notebook. She comes right back!
I've already tried some generic solutions. My monitor has 144 Hertz, will I have to give up to use it at 60 Hertz?
Does anyone know what can it be ?

    Hi @ OCaioFrancaRj

If your computer screen is flashing on and off, it could be an indication that the monitor is failing. Some computer settings, however, can cause the monitor to flicker or turn off. Windows 7 automatically turns off the monitor after a set period of time, and certain screen settings can produce a repetitive flash.

Screen flickering in Windows is usually caused by display drivers. To update your display driver, you'll need to start your PC in safe mode, uninstall your current display adapter, and then check for driver updates. Start your PC in safe mode, then select and hold (or right-click) Start and select Device Manager.
