ssd problem in acer nitro 5

so I installed a new ssd in my acer nitro 5 few months back. It works sometimes and sometimes it lag
  1. XPG 500 gb ssd nvme 2280
  2. Tried everything from checking cables cleaning and reffiting in the port but it simply doesnt help
  3. and now it doesnt shows up
  4. any solutions?

    Shut laptop down normally. Turn it back on and immediately start tapping the F2 key to enter the BIOS menu. Please post phone photos of the BIOS INFORMATION  tab and the BIOS MAIN tab after pressing Ctrl+S.

    Restart laptop, do not bring up any programs manually, let it idle for 5 mins and see how much RAM is in use, and how much CPU utilization percentage is. I am thinking the software on laptop isn't optimized that could be causing this lag.
