Hi guys! I had problem with installing nitro sense application on nitro 5 AN515-43

I had problem with installing nitro sense application on nitro 5 AN515-43 then i found out that because of system

(Thread was edited to add model name to the title)

They told that there should be a word Nitro

So to use nitro sense and other features of laptop i must add word Nitro here. But the worst is that it can be done in local service centers but i live where there is no acer service center so what i should do?

@Justboy try to add the word Nitro before the model name in the regedit HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DESCRIPTION\System\BIOS

@Justboy I see, then try to go to the Nitrosense folder, plugs, and find the folder Nitro AN515-43. Change the name to AN515-43

In order to help you, I would like to know what happens exactly while installing the Nitro Sense app. Also share the place from where you tried to download the app.

You downloaded the Nitro Sense app from the correct place. You stated as computer does NOT support. Do you get any error message while installing the app? If so... please share the exact wordings of the error message.

In order to resolve this issue, the name of unit should be corrected in BIOS and that can be done only at Acer Service Center. If you believe that your product is under warranty, I request you to please contact Acer Technical Support in your location and arrange repair order. You can reach Acer support by clicking here.
