Hi my device is Acer predator Helios 300 model no. PH315-53..

From yesterday, my laptop is stuck on a bootloop and shows no bootable device....I got into the BIOS and it reads both my SSD and HDD ( but it doesn't show the storage size near SSD,as compared to which it shows 1000 gb written next to HDD) but in the advanced settings, there is nothing in the boot priority and I can't change any settings in the boot menu....there is nothing to select in f12 boot menu as well..

I tried to do the alt+f10 and alt+fn+f10 but nothing happens..

I connected a USB but even that wasn't showing up on boot menu..

Is there something i can do now? Please help.

    Hi @Irfan7777788,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

Do you mean there is no SSD being shown on "Install Windows" screen?
