Reduce the max processor states to 75% and test  again.

Then reduce both to 50%. Are you restarting the machine when you test each value?

    (1) Shut machine off. Turn it back on and immediately tap F2 to enter BIOS menu

    (2) Please phone photo of BIOS INFORMATION tab.

    (3) Go to BIOS MAIN tab and make sure F12 and D2D options are enabled. Press F10 to save settings and exit.

Wait for further instructions after posting phone photo of BIOS information tab

You need to download and run at least one of these recommended freeware CPU/GPU temperature monitors

It is still acting like it's overheating. If temperatures seem normal, then I suggest a factory reset might be the next step to try to resolve the sudden shutdowns.

What do you mean, nothing worked? Did you download the suggested freeware temperature monitors or not? What are the CPU/GPU temperatures that are you seeing? All your comments still suggest  that overheating is causing the problem even though you claim to have cleaned and repasted the heatsinks. Something might be wrong with the way this was done.
