I've seen this question asked multiple times on other threads and have tried all solutions, none of which have worked. whenever i plug in my laptop the charging has this issue in which it will just repetitively disconnect and reconnect and it's making my laptop almost completely impossible to use as i get a massive frame drop everytime it disconnects making it impossible to game. it seems that the higher the load on the CPU / GPU the more impossible it is to connect as whenever i have nothing open although it buffers slightly it eventually settles and charges properly but whenever i load into even a lightweight game it will consistently disconnect and reconnect every few seconds resulting in a constant <10fps and eventually the pc dying. i've had this problem for a few months and am considering taking it to curry's pc world or an acer store to look for repairs but id prefer to not spend money.

if anyone could help it would be highly appreciated, the model of the laptop is a Nitro AN515-43

    Hi @chirp,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Hi, i'm afraid i tried to update all battery drivers and they're all up to date already, i've also tried reinstalling them by uninstalling them and restarting the laptop but it seems to have no affect towards the issue. The help is very much appreciated though thank you!
