Is it random or when playing games? How long does it stay black?

I don't use my computer for gaming. The screen can be black for just a moment to as long as 10-15 seconds. The problem has occurred most often while using Zoom. During the time the screen is black I still have audio.

    (1) What graphics adapter or adapter do you have in your computer?
    (2) What brand and model is you computer?

    The video is onboard my Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz   4.01 GHz processor.
The computer is my own design and was built about 5-6 years ago.

What happens when your video out is connected to another monitor like a TV set?

I haven't tried that since it is a desktop located in a different room than any TV. I realize that this would isolate the problem to the PC or the monitor. I am going to try and borrow a monitor or drive the monitor from laptop.

OK. These two comments seem consistent with unresolved issues reported by other zoomers. Mostly those using Chrome or Edge. So it may not be hardware related.

Thanks Jack. You can add Firefox to your list.
